February 2011
i just realized that i havent had a real crush on anyone ((like anyone i actually knew… i’m still convinced that Ben Affleck is the love of my life. seriously. we have the same birthday people. it’s fate. minus the fact that he’s married. but seriously.)) in a year and a half. that feels really long to me. i’m just saying. Marymount boys either need to step it up (or i mean, step at all… seriously. where are all the cute young thangs that are supposed to invade college campuses?) or I need to start wandering the streets of DC in hopes of stumbling upon a crush worthy human.
can’t you tell i’m doing really good on this paper? so focused.
so what’s this super legit college senior doing on a friday night?
sitting on my couch and reading/writing a paper on sexuality in Islam. bring it on friday night, bring it on!
but don’t worry! i’m going out tomorrow night for Kyle (the roomies) birthday. to The Guards! Which is a really fun bar in Georgetown that we love. but tonight I shall be lame… and read about religions and what they say about sex! How fun is that? ((oozing sarcasm))
Also Senior Discernment Retreat is allllll day tomorrow. So I will need a few drinks to take the edge off of spending the day thinking and praying about graduating and still having no idea what I’m going to do this summer. ahhh yeahhh.

{two} do you crack your knuckles?
and my wrists. and my elbows. and my neck. and my ankles. and my knees. usually in that order. it’s horrible.
{three} what is your favorite flavor of gum?
cinnamon.
{four} what is your favorite piece of jewelry that you own?
my new ring, my key necklace, and my cross. i cant choose. all of them are from my aunt/namesake/godmother. all the same person.
{five} who is your best friend?
I have a few. but my tippy top bestie mcbestersons arreeeee: (the girls) Kyle Heather Thompson Friedrich and Shannon Catherine (Padre Pio) Gough. (and the boys) Martin Patrick Boyle and Gerald Jesus Solis, Jr.
{six} what is your favorite smell?
freshly cut grass. the beach. lavender. and my people. i like the way my people smell.
{nine} do you untie your shoes before you take them off?

{ten} what color is your car?
invisible.

January Wedding - The Avett Brothers
always. always reblog. makes me want to get married in january. just so i can play this song.
so here is the deal. i had a stomach virus. yayyyy! but now i am back. and i know i flooded you with pictures of my charges (my babies that i take care of. nanny style). but that’s all i really had to offer. but i have decided that instead of flooding the dash with all the pictures at once. i will start to slowly put them up. especially since i don’t really have time to do lots of good shoots lately. but it is starting to become spring.. so i’m getting back in the groove. anyway, i feel much better today after one full day of vomiting and another of just feeling shitty. i still can’t eat much but this is all more then you need to know i assume.
only 11 days till I leave for Peru ((going on a thing with my university called Alternative Spring Break. we’re going to do some service work for a week in Lima, Peru and it’s going to be so much fun. and amazing. and hopefully wonderful pictures will happen!)).
i like to think that since i got my stomach virus thingy this weekend, that i will be able to avoid one in Peru. pleaseandthankyou.
Read this. Take a second to stop looking at all the pretty pictures on your dash or reblogging all of the fun memes and read about what is happening. Just read it. People need to know what is happening before they can help, and the more people that know the better. There could be something you could do, or there could be something someone you know could do. Maybe one of your followers wants to help, or knows someone who can help. Just read it, and please reblog posts regarding Libya. Ignoring it because you don’t want to hear about something so sad won’t make it go away. Please.
